In this episode we cover the way people with neurodiversity communicate and particularly in the case of ASD.
We look at the impact of being unaware of neurodiversity and some of the perceptions associated with it. This is followed with me sharing some past failures in communication and how I am re-addressing that.
Finally, we look at the importance of self-awareness and their journey.

PDPA – A neurodiverse approach to view challenges and be more effective at addressing them

We face challenges and sometimes we put ourselves through them. In this episode we explore how neurodiversity and having autism spectrum diversity provides a different perspective. Following an invitation to a party, I explain and debate the reasons for attending or not and how someone with ASD looks at it. I wanted to share this experience to possibly demystify some mis-conceptions about people with ASD and other type of neurodiversity. Plus I also provide my point of view on the relevance of sharing memories whilst they are still fresh.
