Are we aware of our neurodiversity and others when we do?This is covered with a life example from the time that I asked a friend to be the witness of my wedding, before I knew that I had ASD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and how the experience went. I bring the analogy of traffic lights to explain the importance of empathy and context.
